“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.”
Romans 12:2
I have experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, complex trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, family of origin issues, and relationship issues that leave us feeling overwhelmed or unfulfilled and wanting more out of life. I also have a heart for working with educators and other service-oriented professionals who put others before themselves and are in need of balance and self-care. As well, I’ve supported many first-generation Americans in cultivating their authentic identity in the midst of cultural differences.
Clients come to me feeling stuck, ready for change, and not knowing where to begin in order to transform one or many areas of their lives. Through our work together, clients gain perspective, strategies, and empowerment to develop overall emotional, mental, and relational wellbeing. When requested, I am happy to engage a faith-based approach through incorporating scripture from God’s Word along with encouraging prayer to help you illuminate the bigger picture to overcome obstacles and gain clarity.
I would be honored to walk alongside you through the trials and tribulations that you face as you seek a place of wholeness and wellbeing. Throughout our time together, I look forward to providing a warm, compassionate space to help you develop resilience over your circumstances, strength through adversity, and skills/support to develop your inner resources.
My approach is both research-based and client-centered as I value your background and experiences in a safe, non-judgmental, and genuine space. We are not meant to go through life’s difficulties alone and in our toughest moments, we need someone calm, compassionate, trustworthy, and fully present to support us in our greatest time of need. Reach out if I can be that person for you.
